Size & fit
- Standard
- Approximately 80 × 20 cm.

- Approximately 105 × 20 cm.
Measure the opening you want to cover and choose a length that reaches across it. Position the draught excluder along the inside of the closed door or window, keeping it clear when opening and closing.
Washing & care
Remove the inner and machine wash the cover at 30°C. Let the cover dry fully before refitting the inner.
These instructions are for the removable cover, not the filled inner.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All orders are usually despatched within 1–2 working days. Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24.
UK delivery is £4.99, with free delivery on orders over £50.
Once your order has been despatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email.
If you provide a mobile number at checkout, Royal Mail may also send you tracking and delivery updates by text.
We will only use your telephone number in connection with your order unless you have separately chosen to receive marketing communications.
Returns & Exchanges
We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Return method: By post. A return label is available to download and print.

Measure the opening
Choose the standard or long size to suit your door or window. Measure the full opening, rather than relying on a standard door size.
Make it easy to store
The hanging loop keeps it close to hand when it is not needed. The zipped cover can be removed for washing.
